My goal is to understand how you work best, and then shape my process around that. I believe our most important role as agents is to be educated—and to educate—so that you can make confident, informed decisions. I stay current on both local and national market trends, and I take the time to walk you through what to expect—not just today, but in the future. When the unknown becomes known, the stress starts to fade.


Before I committed fully to real estate, I spent years in the building trades and banking industry. That experience gave me a solid foundation for understanding homes from the inside out—and the financial decisions behind them. It’s helped me guide clients with clarity and confidence through every step of the process.


And then there’s Blu—my Golden Retriever and loyal copilot. Blu has a gift for making people feel instantly at ease. Whether he’s greeting you with a wagging tail or quietly sitting nearby during a showing, he brings a sense of calm and joy that helps break the ice and soften the stress. Clients often tell me that Blu makes the experience feel more relaxed, more human, and even a little more fun. He’s not just part of my life—he’s part of my business.


My husband Jim and I have called Merrimack, NH home since 1993, and we’ve loved every minute of it. Jim’s a New England native, originally from Massachusetts, while I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve always had a love for the outdoors, and New Hampshire’s natural beauty won me over completely. Growing up, my family was all about ATVs, motorcycles, and carpentry—so I bring a little city flair with a strong appreciation for hands-on work and country living.
